Quick Breakfast Foods

Bacon: Cook for 8-9 minutes on 4 inch rack. For crispier bacon, turn bacon and cook an additional 2 minutes.
Sausage Links: 8 minutes on 4 inch rack.
Sausage Patties: 10 minutes on 4 inch rack.
Scrambled Eggs: 7-10 minutes on 4 inch rack. Place in a well-greased dish and stir halfway.
Sunny-side Eggs: 7 minutes on 1 inch rack in small nonstick, buttered pan or 7 minutes on 4 inch rack in large greased custard cup.

Breakfast Wraps 

Soft tortilla shells
Sausage crumbles
Bacon (optional)
Tater tots
Optional Toppings -Hot sauce, sour cream, shredded cheese

These can be fixed by layering the ingredients in the NuWave Oven. Put tater tots on the bottom rack. Scramble the eggs and place in a well greased dish. I use a Pyrex dish. Add the sausage crumbles to the eggs. Place the eggs and sausage mix on the 4 inch rack. This will need to be stirred halfway. If you want bacon, place on the 4 inch rack beside the dish of eggs. Set timer for 5 minutes on high and start. When the timer goes off, stir the eggs and flip the bacon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
When everything is ready, assemble the wraps and enjoy!

I do recommend playing around with the cooking times until you get the eggs to come out like you like them.

Easy Apple Danish sliced bread
cottage cheese
apple butter

Spread cottage cheese on bread, top with apple butter and place in NuWave Oven for 4 minutes.
You can use applesauce instead of apple butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Jimmy Dean Pancake and Sausage
The kids love these for breakfast and they fix them themselves in the NuWave. It takes 12 minutes. My son says they are are crispy on the outside, molten dough on the inside and juicy sausage in the center.
